The company was established in 2010 by chairman Ms.Tue Nghi (Phan Thanh Bao Ngoc). In early 2010, PEI developed in the hotel industry with the brand name of Red Pearl, as well as operated in the field of trade exporting edible bird’s nest, silk to the markets in China and Japan. In 2011, PEI opened business with the restaurant chain. From 2013, PEI moved to become a multinational investment company, developed and operated projects of hotel, resort and the complex with outstanding brands: Langham International, Lexington, Wyndham.
